Enchanting flame and fuel effects
The Radiance Inset brings together stylish design and advanced flame technology to create an electric fire with truly mesmerising effects.
All Radiance models come with a beautiful White and Clear Stone fuel bed that provides a focal point even when the fire is off. The stunning LED flame patterns give you the choice of two distinctive colours, so you can create the perfect mood for every occasion. Selecting the deep amber glow offers a warm and inviting atmosphere of a traditional fire, or alternatively the blue flame effect provides an eye-catching contemporary look. Each alluring flame picture features high and low brightness settings, letting you move between an ambient glow and radiant focal point. The flame pattern can also be operated without the heat, so you can enjoy the relaxing display even during the warmer summer months.

Creative control
Radiance fires come with a thermostatic Eco remote control. The sleek handset gives you full control over the fire’s host of features, including temperature control as well as flame brightness levels and colour, you can also access the Radiance’s programmable heating options and innovative energy saving features, for complete control.

Delivery (please read carefully):

We offer a kerbside delivery service only. The driver will unload the goods, however they will not be able to carry any goods into the property. These can be carried into a garage or outbuilding, providing this can be accessed whilst using a pump truck.
Pump trucks can only operate on either concrete, tarmac or block driveway; without this type of surface delivery cannot be completed.

Deliveries are Monday – Friday between 9:00 – 17:00

The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is access to the property (or as close as reasonably possible) for a 7.5 tonne delivery vehicle.

For insurance purposes, the customer must be present to accept and sign for the goods at the time of delivery.

Delivery prices stated apply to mainland England, Wales and lowland Scotland.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland will incur additional postage fees.
These areas are defined as:
The Highlands and Islands of Scotland – postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Northern Ireland – postcodes BT.

For delivery to Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly – postcodes IM, GY, JE, TR21-25 please contact Customer Services and we will obtain an individual delivery quotation to meet your requirements.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are installed and commissioned to the manufacturer’s specifications, by a fully certified HETAS or Gas Safe registered installer. This information can be found in the installation instructions supplied with the heating appliance.
