Delivery (please read carefully): We offer a kerbside delivery service only. The driver will unload the goods, however they will not be able to carry any goods into the property. These can be carried into a garage or outbuilding, providing this can be accessed whilst using a pump truck. Pump trucks can only operate on either concrete, tarmac or block driveway; without this type of surface delivery cannot be completed. Deliveries are Monday - Friday between 9:00 - 17:00 The customer is responsible for ensuring that there is access to the property (or as close as reasonably possible) for a 7.5 tonne delivery vehicle. For insurance purposes, the customer must be present to accept and sign for the goods at the time of delivery. Delivery prices stated apply to mainland England, Wales and lowland Scotland.
